In Camouflaged Sister: Silent No More, twelve women strip away all comfort and protection to share the struggles they've faced, not on the battlefield, but instead in places they never expected-in their homes, in their barracks, amongst friends. These are the stories of sexual trauma, domestic violence, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and many other dangerous challenges women in the military fight every day.

In the chapter, Encourage Yourself, Teresa discusses how she continues to overcome dealing with losses in her professional career and personal life. She hopes that readers are encouraged to seek help when they need it. You don't have to worry about what others think of you. Remember, everyone reacts to losses or tragic events in different ways. It's the coping mechanism that determines how one heals from the loss.

You don't have to be either.
